1. Can I change my booking for free?
Yes, before you arrive at the campsite you can always modify your booking by contacting the reception.
You can change the number of people, within the maximum capacity of the accommodation/pitch, add or remove ancillary services, change both the type of accommodation/pitch and the dates of your holiday, always based on availability.
You will not be charged for any changes, however it is possible that changes in dates, housing units and additional services may cause a change in the total holiday price.
2. Can I cancel my reservation for free?
You can cancel your reservation within 7 days of the arrival date and the deposit will be refunded to you, after deducting the sum of € 15.00 by way of return costs.
3. When do I have to pay the balance of my holiday?
We do not ask you to pay the balance before arrival. You will be able to pay the balance due for your holiday at the campsite reception during your stay.
The only advance payment required is the deposit equal to 30% of the value of your holiday, to be paid within 2 weeks from the date of reservation.
4. What happens in case of no-show?
In case of no-show by the customer on the day of arrival, the reservation will be immediately canceled, Miramare Camping Village will process the amount of the deposit already paid and no further payments will be required from the customer.
5. Do I have to pay a cleaning deposit?
Cleaning is a mandatory service automatically entered and charged at the time of booking the accommodation.
Miramare Camping Village has always believed that the cleaning of the accommodation was extremely important and therefore a dedicated and adequately trained staff will clean the accommodation before your arrival and after your departure.
We are also reviewing our cleaning procedures to comply with the latest guidelines and guidelines.
